Who Are We and What Is Miss Sassypants up to Now?
We could talk about cheese til the cows
come home. We love maturing and nurturing cheese, bringing out the best qualities of the milk.
We are artisan farmstead cheesemakers. Simply put, the milk is produced on our ranch in the Snoqualmie Valley, where
it is then made into cheese.
The artisan part means that we make our cheese in small-scale quantities
by hand with great attention to detail and lots of pride.
When we say handmade, we really mean

2-5pm Cost is $75 Find out why we sell out of our mozzarella at EVERY Farmer's Market. That's right,
you'll be learning this fun cheese along with our famous Raw Milk Tomme. You'll leave with a 2# wheel to age yourself. Fun for couples or groups of friends. Space is limited.

Group Tours  
We love having groups come out and tour our ranch! Bottle feeding, goat milking, cheese tasting,
stacking hay.......heck you might even be asked to lend a hand delivering a new critter. You'll get dirty so dress appropriately!
